Imagine and implement ecolonomical solutions
DANONE's water division is calling on our team of ecolonomists to launch its "Blue Operations" environmental programme. In the 12 factories selected by the group worldwide, we are working with the teams in place. Together we imagine the ecolonomical factory of tomorrow, and start to define the roadmap to get there.
To do this, we start with a diagnosis of the factory. On site, we discuss with the teams about their relationship with the environment. In the same week, we hold a brainstorming and inspiration session to get employees involved in the process. This session leads to the emergence of an ecolonomical roadmap, which we then rework, in line with the group's ambitions. In the long term, we organise regular follow-up meetings to help implement the ecolonomic action plan.
