Lesaffre

The company LESAFFRE INTERNATIONAL decided to regroup its teams, currently on five locations in the Lille metropolis, in a single building. As part of this move, the project manager wishes to identify opportunities for behavioural change on the subject of mobility.

We therefore studied the accessibility of the new site for employees who move there. We also analysed the impact of the move on employee travel times. In addition to these initial theoretical studies, we advised LESAFFRE on the infrastructures to be considered as part of the real estate project, in order to promote alternatives to the use of private cars.

These proposals were supplemented by ideas put forward by LESAFFRE employees as part of the commute plan that we led the previous year.
