Sirops Guiot

The Sirops Guiot team, a company belonging to the Monin group, wishes to get involved in the group's CSR approach. We have accompanied them to mobilize collectively in this strategic project for the company.

Indeed, in 2019 the Monin group has defined a CSR strategy for all its activities. The Fresnes sur Escaut plant, at the instigation of the management committee, wants the team to take ownership of this approach and for change to be everyone's business.

Thanks to the Industrie du Futur program proposed by the Hauts-de-France region, we have supported the plant in this mobilization. Through a documentary diagnosis and meetings with the team in the field, we assessed the plant's progress on the environmental front, before collectively defining a CSR roadmap specific to the site.

The team is now taking ownership of the 4 sites we have identified:

• Towards an eco-friendly building
• Biodiversity Corridor
• Territorial interactions
